My 7'7" frasier fir Christmas tree.
I definitely put the ol' tarp down for that.

craftsman rollaway tool box and top box with the seats down.
older 27" panasonic tv that had speakers on the side, it was more like a 32" in size and that was with the seats up.
shelf unit from crate and barrel with rear seats and pass front seat folded to table option (that i think is the coolest option)

I fit (4) 18s with tires, but no boxes (one behind each seat, and two in the cargo area)

You can fit (4) 18s no tires or boxes, sideways, single-file in the cargo area.

I coalesce the vapor of human experience into a viable and logical comprehenshion.

that reminds me, i carried a 32" sony tube tv once. had it tube down. when i took it out of the sportcross, i found out the bezel around the tube had cracked from the weight. i was going to donate it to st. vincent de paul, but had to bring it to the dump instead.

that sucks about the crack, sorry to hear about it. was this before California DTSC gave credit for CRT or after? i.e. did you have to pay to dispose of it at the dump?

hi rich-

this was before. i was going to give it to goodwill, but they wouldn't take anything bigger than 27". i think i paid about $40 at the dump.

i did get to weigh the sportcross though, and IIRC it came close to the GWR (i have the number on the receipt for the disposal).

Oh.... all that lumber fits nicely in my SprtX.... our first project using the IS300 as our hauler and it works nicely and it carried(volume) a sheet and a half of plywood*, 1 2x4, and all the brackets, hardware etc.

* sheet and a half by volume is 9 cut sections 12x48, and 2 sections 18x48

Information is POWER... learn the facts!!
