Eventually, still have some tuning to do. It's real close, but I won't fully open the blower and tune it until I get about 3k miles on the engine. I have about 1k on it now.

It's in the 375-425 hp range as it sits. Thing is, it does it pretty much any time I touch the gas. I suspect torque is upper 400's on this setup.

Just takes time and money. The way I did it was not the 'easy' way. However, I bet it's along the same price as what it costs to properly do a turbo system with proper supporting mods.

If I were to do it again, I'd start with a 4.7l VVT-i engine, early model 1uz rods and maybe a A750 truck transmission

We'll see. I know how much extra work it is to tuck the wiring harness. 2-3 days worth of wiring, plus front end disassembly. Somehow, that doesn't sound too fun...
