Selling 2002 IS300 SportCross, what's the value?

I'm going to need to sell my IS300 SportCross as I need to get into an AWD ride. I'm not sure what to ask for it, and this is a good way to garner offers and also find out what the value might be. Car is 100% OEM Stock.

2002 IS300 SportCross
Loaded with all the standard options plus Alcantra and OEM NAV
Salvage title
115K miles
Auto
Very recent Continental tires
OEM Lexus Mats
OEM 17" wheels, charcoal color (stock)
OEM self levelling headlights
Never seen snow/salt/etc - very clean underbody
Charcoal ext and Black interior

Interior: 9.5/10
exterior: 9.7/10
Wheels: 9.8/10
Tires: 80% tread remaining at least
No CEL's, etc.
Always run on 93octane.

I bought this car 2 years ago on the salvage title and have been driving it ever since. The car has no issues what so ever and the salvage was due to it being in a flood plain, though the car has no evidence of water anywhere. I know cars, inside and out... this car has not been wet. No evidence on rugs, electrical, brakes, hydraulics, etc.... nothing anywhere. Oil changed every 3K miles by me.

I would give the buyer a full day to go over the car in person with their mechanic to ensure they were satisfied with the car in every way.

Not sure what to ask for the car, make an offer or a suggestion on the value.

Thanks,
Mark

Probably $500-$1000 less than a comparable salvage sedan.

I coalesce the vapor of human experience into a viable and logical comprehenshion.

I would think that the sportcross would go for the same as or more than a sedan based on the fact that they are harder to find.

I wish it were true, since I'm a fellow SX owner, but I think less people are looking for one. It is not supply, it is demand that sets the price.

I'm in the process of moving right now (hence the sale) so I will get some pics in a few days.

8-9k

The "salvage" part is going to be the biggest hit, next to that I agree with squareback... its not the "Cool" thing (is300) to be buying. People will be interested and then say "Awwww its a wagon, never mind."

Good luck with the sale.
