Quality Rims for a good price

I want to know where I can find quality rims (ones that won't crack) that don't necessarily cost over $400/rim.

I ideally would want forged for that purpose, but I often times find those stretching out of the budget.

There's a price to pay for quality, especially new. You'd be better off finding used wheels if you want the quality without the retail price.

Went looking through Niche's website b/c I had not heard of them until this thread. They have good looking rims but I see 2 problems. The best looking rims (IMO) aren't available in sizes suitable for the IS300 or worse, aren't offered in our bolt pattern - AND - they average 30-40 lbs per wheel. <<<--- RIDICULOUS!

Maybe I just overlooked the wheels that would work but I didn't see much from them.

TSW had a great variety with SEVERAL styles with a wide range of width and diameters. And the vast majority of them were much lighter than stock rims too. Good advice MSMT!

Rotas won't crack as long as they are still in the box.

At that price range, you can definitely score some used but good quality real wheels, forged, 3-piece and whatnot. Check local craigslist postings and classifieds here, or even go to Zilvia and whatnot.
