How much should I be paying for a 02 is300?

Hey so this would be my first post so don't roast me up, but anyways ive been looking for a manual is300 for a while and I think it is the perfect car for me they are so perfect looking and they fit all my needs. So I managed to find one that was really close to where I live and we talked the guy down to $5400 he was originally asking 6k, the car has 184k on it but seems to be in good working order except for some minor cosmetic things but they are easy to fix. The car also has a TRD axelback and a altezza front bumper and TRD front lip. So basically im asking is this a good deal?

Does not seem too bad on cost. As long as it is in good shape. Way to go.

The interior isn't too bad there is a small rip in the font driver seat and rear seat but its not bad and also the dash has that is300 sticky dash problem but its not as bad as some other cars.

Seems like a good deal if it's a manual. All the other mods are definitely a plus if it looks good because that can be expensive. Do you have a picture of car?

Has it had recent maintenance such as timing belt kit due at around 180k. Clean title? If everything has been taken care of definitely a fair price. Got my 01 auto with 149k that needed timing belt after 25k for 3k
